How much does a photographer cost on Oahu?
Our Oahu family and couples sessions start at $700 plus tax. That’s a full hour, at least 75 edited high-res images, print rights and help choosing your spot and outfits. Elopements start at $1,400. A $200 deposit holds your date and goes towards your final payment.
What’s the best beach for family photos on Oahu?
Our favorite is Lanikai Beach at sunrise or mid-morning, with white sand, palm trees and calm water. Staying in Waikiki? Magic Island is minutes away and best at sunset. For green mountains and easy parking, try Kualoa Beach Park.
Do you photograph in Waikiki?
Yes! We often shoot Waikiki sunrises and sunsets, and Magic Island is just minutes away. It gets busy, so we’ll time it well and photoshop out as many people as we can.
What if the weather is bad?
We recommend booking near the start of your trip, just in case. We’ve shot for over a decade and only had a handful of rainouts, since showers usually pass in 5 to 10 minutes. If shooting really isn’t possible, we reschedule for free.
What should we wear?
For the beach, whites, teals, neutrals and blues look great. We’d skip busy prints and stripes, but it’s totally up to you.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You get a full deposit refund up to 24 hours before your shoot. Within 24 hours, we’re unfortunately unable to refund it.
